Introduction
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between “Getting Away Today” (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) and the traveler (“You,” “Your”). By booking with us, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any other travelers in your party.
Our Role
We act solely as a booking agent for independent third-party suppliers who provide travel services. These suppliers are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Rates and Inclusions
Quotes include only the items specifically listed. Rates exclude taxes, visas, baggage fees, gratuities, resort fees, local taxes, insurance, and optional extras unless otherwise noted.
Planning Fees
Planning or consultation fees are non-refundable and may not apply toward your final booking. Certain complex or high-value itineraries may include a bespoke fee disclosed in writing before planning begins.
Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit or full payment, as specified, is required to secure your reservation. Final payment deadlines vary by supplier and will be communicated in writing. Bookings not paid by the deadline are subject to automatic cancellation and applicable penalties.
Payment and Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize us to process charges for deposits, balance payments, approved changes, and applicable fees. Payment information may be retained securely for authorized trip-related transactions only. Currency conversions, bank fees, and exchange-rate variations are your responsibility.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Changes or cancellations incur a $50 agency fee plus supplier penalties. No refunds are issued for no-shows or partial use of services.

No refunds apply for fear of travel, missed departures, or failure to meet entry requirements. Chargebacks are waived except in cases of verified fraud. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the incident.
No Shows
No-shows are considered a full penalty and are non-refundable.
Supplier Policies
Each supplier sets its own terms, including refund, change, and waiver policies. You are responsible for reading and following those terms. If a supplier’s policy conflicts with ours, the supplier’s policy prevails for that booking.
Travel Documents
You are responsible for valid identification, passports, visas, vaccination or testing requirements, and any other travel documents for all destinations. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to non-compliance. Business travelers must ensure all professional documentation requirements are met.
Special Needs
Please notify us in advance of any accessibility, medical, or dietary needs. We will assist whenever possible, but accommodations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.
Travel During Health or Safety Events
You assume the risks of traveling during public health or safety events. We are not responsible for delays, quarantines, testing requirements, or sudden rule changes.

Travel Insurance Acknowledgment
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required by some suppliers or destinations. If you decline coverage after being offered insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss, medical costs, or trip interruptions.
Client Information and Privacy
By booking, you consent to our collection and use of personal information needed to arrange travel. Limited data may be shared with suppliers for booking purposes only. We do not sell client data. Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect your information.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government actions.
Liability and Responsibilities
We are not liable for injuries, delays, or losses caused by third parties or uncontrollable events.
Participation in activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to hold us harmless against any claims arising from your actions or failure to comply with laws or supplier terms.

Group Travel
Group trips may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, pricing, inclusions, or dates may change, or the trip may be canceled per supplier policies.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Philadelphia County, PA. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Venue for any permitted court action is Philadelphia County.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing or submitting payment, you confirm that you:
• Have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Are authorized to agree on behalf of all travelers in your party.
• Have been advised to purchase travel insurance.
